HB 100                                                                                            
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
March 5, 2003, calendar (page 403), was read the third time:                                        
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act making supplemental and other appropriations; amending                                 
     appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and                                 
     providing for an effective date."

Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the
